Dana Bucur has 17 years of agricultural experience. Sometimes she worked even 14 hours without having a break. She started from the ground, building up from scratch a viable farm and now she has her own agribusiness company providing ag consultancy, including solutions for sustainable agriculture and organic farming. She graduated Economics, a Quality Master and 2 agribusiness MBAs (one in UK and the other a joint-venture between România and Germany). These are some of the reasons the sustainable community media decided to take an interview.

In february 2011 I had the opportunity to be involved in an agricultural business valuation in Moldavia (Eastern Romania).
From macroeconomic analysis I then focused on the local key strategic aspects taking into account land fertility, infrastructure, potential and perspectives, including business factors.

Organic Romania is a high professional meeting for traders, processors, famers and organisations who work with organic food, non-food and commodities. Focussing on the Romanian domestic market and its sustainable development as well as on organic import and export markets participants from Romania and from other European countries will take part.
The event took place in the beautiful city of Sibiu, which is very much in the middle of Romania and which was the Culture Capitel of Europe in 2007. The languages of the event - Romanian and English.
