Flax and industrial hemp for fibre

How many of us have the courage to plant new crops? To place together people, financial resources, perseverance and total dedication is not handy to anybody. Plus that it is needed a business-driven man to catalyze permanently in a constructive way the new initiative. What are you going to do when there is not a critical mass of market players, culture (information, disponibility), know-how, real agricultural machines, people/a current to support it. I would like to invite you to get familiar with two new crops: flax and industrial hemp for fibre. Too few people really know about it (hemp being a traditional crops in the early age of Romania). I have been involved in such a project i.e. industrial hemp for fibre (from prospecting markets to cropping and harvesting fibre and seed). 'In lumea afacerilor merita sa iti dezvolti abilitatile - deopotriva cele care te reprezinta si cele care te pasioneaza - calitati si aptitudini specifice si noua femeilor. Merita sa iti construiesti propriul tau brand si deci sa te marketezi'. 'In comparatie cu femeile, barbatii cand muncesc poarta o uniforma. Femeile au aici un avantaj, asa zisul ' setul de instrumente  vizuale'. Prin combinatia de imbracaminte, culori, make-up, accesorii si coafura putem iesi in evidenta. Cooling the planet with crops

By carefully selecting which varieties of food crops to cultivate, much of Europe and North America could be cooled by up to 1°C during the summer growing season, say researchers from the University of Bristol. This is equivalent to an annual global cooling of over 0.1°C, almost 20% of the total global temperature increase since the Industrial Revolution. The growing of crops already produces a cooling of the climate because they reflect more sunlight back into space, compared with natural vegetation. Different varieties of the same crop vary significantly in their solar reflectivity (called ‘albedo’), so selecting varieties that are more reflective will enhance this cooling effect. Romanian Ministry of Agriculture will finalize within next month the strategy about agriculture, where irrigation plays a key role' declared Emil Boc (tr. Prime Minister) at Calarasi, Romania. 'The Agricultural Ministry will soon implement this project. The core issue is Romania to become from an importer player to an agri-food exporter' declared Boc. He's been asked also if the previous - government project about drought control will still be of interest to be tested in Calarasi county. Ministerul Agriculturii va finaliza in maximum o luna strategia cu privire la domeniul agriculturii, iar planul de irigatii va reprezenta componenta importanta a acestei strategii, a declarat, la Calarasi, premierul Emil Boc. "Acest program este in faza de finalizare la Ministerul Agriculturii. In maximum o luna vom finaliza strategia cu privire la domeniul agriculturii. Obiectivul central este de a transforma Romania din tara importatoare de produse agro-alimentare, in tara exportatoare", a declarat Boc, intrebat fiind daca Executivul va pune in practica initiativa fostului Guvern de a lansa in judetul Calarasi un program pilot de combatere a efectelor secetei.
