In public, professional or private lives, generally speaking women are more after the win-win situations where men are looking to prove ‘I am the best. I win and you loose’. 'Vom trai mai bine din momentul in care etica feminina, care pretuieste cooperarea mai curand decat competitia, va penetra viata publica’ – Sandra Pralong. In March 2009, I attended a conference about Feminine Leadership in Bucharest, Romania. I am not a member of any politic view but I do appreciate a few written words of Princess Margaret of Romania: ‘The queens of Romania, Elisabeth, Maria, Elena and Ana, my mother, they are today serious examples to follow in life. They proved, for the last one and a half century, in times where men were in power, that inspiration, responsibility and the power of personal example may change the world for better’. Princess Margaret of Romania also mentioned something very useful to us: she wishes all feminine personalities many opportunities to prove their talents and dedication. Each project managed by a woman to be followed by many others! Women live in a world of men. Women have different resources than men which together reunify a single whole. Generally people are looking to reach their success outside their own entity when an essential element is given by their own wealth. The success is not placed somewhere, this is to be found in each of us. Such a truth I believe everyone discovered at a certain moment in their lives, as I also discovered quite soon and as also the great minds of this Earth maintained (i.e. Oprah Winfrey, Einstein, Jack M. Zufelt etc). To win the respect of ourselves I believe it is the most important thing of our own identity. At present there are 6.6 billion people worldwide. 2 people are born and one dies each second. The total surface of the Earth is 561 million km2 out of which 29% is continental. The total arable area of the planet is 3 billion ha which is 20% from continental area. The agricultural surface of the planet may increase with only 8% which is around 250 million ha (J. Braun, Institute of Worldwide Economy, New York, 2008). It is said in the scientific world that by 2050 we will reach a total of 9.2 billion people with 2.5 billion more than at present. Through this new initiative I believe I am going to find good quality people willing to join me, people who want to express themselves through their believes and opinions on this blog. In general agriculture is not quite the field of activity the young people or less young are after. To be prepared to get in contact with the forces of nature or to get your hands dirty (not metaphorically, of course) from the morning to the evening is not necessarily what the people are looking for in their lives. To wait one year to harvest your crops, who has so much patience. For myself, nature is my soul. In all her ways, from land to waters, wind, sun, flora and fauna, all together means life and an ever lasting source of inspiration and wisdom. Nature is a force you do not have to get in conflict with. Nature sometimes is unpredictable. I remember I tried so hard to satisfy all forces...
